Today we recapped on what we had learnt from the previous week and created the same basic synthesiser using Max MSP, we also covered how to using maths plot a digital sine wave. Using 24 Samples as an example we where able to calculate the periodic phenomena using the formula

1 x sin(2 x π x (Phase)) where the Phase = 1 increment /24

From all of the 24 calculations we where able to plot a sine wave digitally. I unfortunately did not get to complete this in the session so I’ll complete it a home and will post the results.
